Sterling silver and pave diamond rose pendant measures 42mm including the pave diamond bail.  This pendant will go beautifully on any of the Carter-Greenwalt chains or your own.  The large bail measures 10mm which will slide over most chains.  Sorry, leather and pave diamond chain is NOT available.
